This album is a reflection of what love has looked like at different points in my life. It's my personal evolution in love and the re-evolution of those who love and have loved me. I hope that as you listen to this album it provides you what you need from love.

This album is dedicated to the memory of my mother Betty J. Cowan, and to my father Howard Cowan Sr., who showed my siblings and I what the embodiment of living love is, can and will be.
